natural killer cells - (Aug/02/2007 )

Hi all,

I am a biomedical engineering grad student working in an immunology lab that studies NK cells. I need to pick an engineering project, or one that has enough engineering focus to please my department. Anyone of you out there with similar interests? I have some ideas, but I wonder if you can share with me some perspective on what general direction to look for. Thanks.

if you have not already done so, I would look for all the reviews published in the last two years dealing with NK cells. (one year may be enough if there are many papers) look for the discussion sections on 'future trends' 'where is the research going', that sort of thing

May be U should consult those doing research on NK cells at your lab and get the idea what sort of engg assistance they may need.
