3D protein structure - (Aug/02/2007 )

Hi,
I am not used to dealing with 3d structures of protein, but i have an amino acid sequnce and would like to know of any free software that i can use to create a possible 3d structure.

Thanks

Do you know the identity of the protein? If so, the PDB might well have a structure. Failing that, you should be able to model a structure.
Go to www.expasy.ch ,and look in the "Tools and software packages" section. There are a number of free protein threading applications.
Good luck
