Total RNA isolation from mouse blastocysts - (Jul/24/2007 )

Hi guys,

I'm wondering if anyone have extracted total RNA from mouse blastocysts with LiCl or Trizol?
Could anyone kindly provide me your protocols??

Never tried, but why should a normal Trizol extraction fail?
