Larger sized Protein Standard Ladder Req - (Jul/24/2007 )

I'm just starting to do Western Blotting, and the protein I'm interested in is (intact) 300kDa and fragments into 290, and 275kDa. I'm hoping someone will be able to point me in the direction of a stockist that supplies protein standards of this size as the only ones I've been able to find so far only go up to 220kDa. Hope you can help!

large single molecules are found in muscle cells such as kettin, twitchin (C elegans), projectin (arthropodes), titin; I do not know if there is a market for it to supply as standard references; you may try to enrich them from muscle tissue
