Subtractive cDNA library - (Jul/20/2007 )

Hi All

Has enyone done a subtractive cDNA library? Do you have protocol for that?

For subtraction I use my starting total or mRNA or maybe I hybridize rirst strand of my cDNA (control) with complementary second strand of my samples of interest!!!

Would be too cumbersome to do it manually (sorry, method not available but it involves agarose beads conjugated to primers etc, or other method).
