First of all, do you know the theory?

Try to get Sambrook and Russel or any PCR book. That will be sufficient.

most important are the primers; in most cases, you have to design them for yourself, and to place an order to synthesize them if you have no institutional facility...
for basic idea you should study some text books not online site

In this iste you can find animations about diverse fields in molecular biology. But as my friends say, You should study from books.
Have success "new scientist"
Hi all of you,
Thanks . Yes, I know the theory very well. But no practical experience. I shall try your tips.
I'm with Trof - Tavi's site is excellent for practical knowledge
for theory, texts are good - but I don't downplay the net's importance; it is helpful to see an animated tutorial in order to understand what's really happening
Online sites and books are good (especially Travis' site),but the best to get going is to find someone experienced who can show it to you.
