looking for a website for a newbie to learn qPCR - (Jul/11/2007 )

Hi,

My boss is pushing me for sybr qPCR after I got some good pilot data from tranditional end point semi-quantitative RT-PCR. But I am new to real time PCR and I heared that sybr qPCR needs considerable experience to analyze the data. So, I am wondering there is a website for me to learn to anyalyze sybr qPCR. for example, what are the most important values and how does it work.

good one for learning the quantitative part
http://www.gene-quantification.de/download.html#passwd
the practical part is relatively easy...just like seeting up normal PCRs ,..just that it might be many more samples

Hi,

I just found this website that I thought was really usefull. It's more about how to analyze your data.
