T4 DNA ligase - (Jul/02/2007 )

Is it suitable to make dilutions of T4 DNA ligase with its buffer and can be used for several times. OR dilutions can be stored in freezer and can be used several times.

well dilutions of ligase should be performed with glycerol and sotred at -20° to keep activity.
