EMSA witj antibodies against TFII factors - (Jun/19/2007 )

have you ever heard about EMSA with antibodies against general transcription factors of PolII?
have you some paper to show me about that?

I think that by and large almost all the EMSA papers for human genes would constitute experiments with pol II transcription factors...

I mean general transcription factors likde TFIID,TFIIH, TFIIA.

like whether different components of the pol II holoenzyme are used for different promoters?... I don't know about this, but I do know there are pol II complex EMSAs that can be used but I don't think they are specific to whether different subunits of pol II are there or not...
