anion exchange chromatography protocol wanted - (Jun/18/2007 )
No one in my lab has performed anion exchange chrom., so I haven't been able to find an exhaustive protocol that's very understandable. Does anyone have one they don't mind sharing? I need to purify mucho protein (seriously large scale) and, as I've never used this technique, I want to get my technique down before I actually use precious protein collected from my E. coli. Thanks!

at least it depends on specificity of column matrix, column volume and starting material (volume, ionic strength, etc)
