Immunocytochemistry in neural stem cells - (Jun/12/2007 )

Hi all,

I need to do immunocytochemistry in neural stem cells derived from mouse. I have the primary antibody which is anti rabbit. But the secondary antibody is from mouse. will this combination work?

if the primary is rabbit, you need a rabbit secondary antibody. Mouse will not work.
