finding virus molecular weight - (Jun/08/2007 )

Hi
i want to purify a virus by using gel filtration method since the virus make two size particle 30 nm and 300 nm. i want to separate the particle. I need to know the molecular weight of the virus but i dont know how to find it. If anyone is familiar please write to me.

Try Sephacryl S1000, or Sepharose 2B as resin.
