ELISA Standard curve question - (Jun/04/2007 )

Hi all,

I am doing an ELISA kit which reccomends using their standards for the standard curve as follows:

A 7-point titration of two-fold dilutions with a high standard of 1000pg/mL. Would the following be correct for the concentrations:

62.5pg/mL
31.25pg/mL
15.625pg/mL
125pg/mL
250pg/mL
500pg/mL
1000pg/mL

but shouldn't it be this way: 1000, 500, 250, 125, 62.5, 31.25, 15.625pg/ml..
