Effectiveness of some enzymes - molecular biology (Nov/28/2003 )
Hallo,
can anybody tell me about the effectiveness of the enzymes Acc65I, NdeI, BamHI for using as cutters for cosmid-dna? Are there some problems with methylation and so on?
