How discard hemoglobin from hemolyzed plasma - (May/24/2007 )
Hi,
Do you know a method to discard the hemoglobin from a hemolysed plasma? I need to discard that because for one RIA quantification, I have strange results in most of hemolised plasma samples and they advice about this possible problem. I though to try a microcon to spin and cut off the MW of about 68. The protein of my interest is very small. What do you think and do you have other ideas?

Why does Hb affect on your assay? you need to wash more on your step to wash out Hb?
