recipe of 0.1M Glycine-NaOH buffer - (May/09/2007 )

I am workinh on the %G+C determination. I would like to know the composition of 0.1M Glycine-NaOH buffer. I shall be very much obliged if you could kindly help me with that.

well what is the pH ?
you add just 0.1M glycine and adjust the pH with NaOH.
