PCR amplification of the terminal repeat - (Feb/28/2002 )

one of my PCR primer is located in the terminal repeat region and I have trouble in the amplification.

Anyone that have good ideas?

terminal repeat of what?

r u sayign u have repeats in ur constructs? or???

perhaps u can change the primers... that's one way.  if u must use the repeats, u will always get heterogeneous band sizes.  look for the right size.
