today i got the plasmid of pBmIEGLacZ-BmIEGhyg,but it is so pity that i do not know the host cell of pBmIEGLacZ-BmIEGhyg, so which kind of E.coli can i use to contain this plasmid?

I think it's derived from pCRII, a vector from Invitrogen.
