2-step RT-PCR - (Apr/26/2007 )

Hello,

I was wondering if PCR machines can be programmed for generating cDNA. Right now, I extract the RNA with a Qiagen kit, then use three water baths in different parts of the lab for the RT reactions. The PCR machine we have does not have "pause" option between the cycles (as it goes from one block to another; t's a Stratagene RoboCycler).

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
