Isolation of a specific mRNA? - RNA pull down (Apr/25/2007 )

Does anyone know of a protocol to isolate or pull down a specific mRNA from cells. For example maybe you can use a tagged cDNA or antisense RNA bound to beads to pull out or isolate the complementary message?

hope you can help
Thanks

Here's one.

I never tried it but I think you can make a biotinylated antisense of your mRNA, bind it on streptavidin beads and purify like any other chromatography ..
