Control for HIF-1alpha staining? - (Apr/19/2007 )

Hi there,

I'm planning to do immunohistochemistry on hypoxia marker, HIF-1alpha. To may knowledge, the positive control for this marker is mamalian cells under reduced oxygen level.

Anyone knows what are the other controls which can be used for HIF-1alpha?
