I wanted to know about Plasmid Curing. Do you have any knowledge about it? My professor has asked me to work on Plasmid Curing after a thorough literature search. Unfortunately i am not getting sufficient material in this topic. Can you help me?

Plasmid curing is the way to eliminate plasmids from your interesting strains. Many investigators have treated the bacterial strains with solutions like acridine orange, novobiocin and SDS, moreover , changing the incubation temperature is also an alternative choice and gave a good result from my friend's experience.
