loading control for cytochrome-c - (Apr/04/2007 )

Hello everyone,
I am trying to western blot for assessing the release of cytochrome-c release in both moitochondrial & cytosolic fraction. Could anybody suggest an ideal loading control for cytochrome-c in mitochondrial and cytosolic fraction? As my protein concentration is very low, I cannot reprobe it many times.

I think you just take some cells ( cell line) and homozinise at high speed due to which all Cytochrome c comes in cytosolic fraction now you can use it as a positive control and maximmum amount of cyto. c in a sample.
