ELISA Data Analysis Question - (Mar/25/2007 )

So, this question is a bit embarrising for me, but nonetheless I have to ask....

Can someone please instruct me on how to do a log scale of my antigen titrations for graphing purposes? My dilutions are 2-fold carried out to 1:524288 with my initial antigen concentration at 1ug/ml.

If you use Excel, once you enter your data, you can graph using different scales. Click on the Chart Wizard, go to the "Custom types" tab, scroll down until you can select the logarithmic scale option, and the program does the work for you.
