Sequencing problem :( - (Mar/22/2007 )

Hi Bioforumers,

I have been trying to introduce a mutation into a trans-sialidase protein at the 312 position. I am using the pTrcHis Vector which contains my insert of 1.3kb. I sent some samples to MWG Biotech for sequencing. I recvd the results and loaded them into BioEdit. My sequences had moved to the right of my 312 mutation site

Does anyone know what may have happened? What can I do now?
