does any of use ampholytes for iso-electric focusing in an alkaline type range.. say 9-11 or preferably around 12 or more?
if yess.. can u let me know of any suppliers? quick plsss!
my protein pI is around 10.

i bought high range ampholytes from what is now ge healthcare. pharmalyte 8-10.5.

yaa.. thanks! i have been using that one.. but my protein with pI 10 comes very near the edge of the gel.
any others?
