What form are you starting with. If it is tissue, then just get a nucleic acid isolation protocol from Maniatis or current protocols. If you seem to have protein contamination in nucleic acid samples, then do a phenol chloroform extraction followed by an overnight ethanol precipitation.

I need a method for precipitate the nucelic acid without protien precipitation any one suggest me
