How to get the double strand cDNA from bacterial.

Just as the title , I'm going to get bacterial cDNA for DD-TR-PCR, but the key step for ds-cDNA can not be easily abtained. especially, the primer design

if you have any idea for this. please let me know.

-reason-

as bacteria generally do not process their mRNA, cDNA and gDNA is the same... when you want to quantify the mRNA expression of some gene, just do a standard RT-PCR with either a specific primer or use random hepta/hexa/nonamers, whatever you like best.
