i'm going to addres transfection efficiency by using FACS analysis. I'm looking for a good protocol for intracellular staining ( fixion, permeabilization). Can you help me?

BD PharMingen makes and intraCellular Cytokine Staining kit (I used mouse macs) that works very well. There are several points to consider based on your cell type but check out there kits as I'm sure by now they have more to choose from. Also the protocol was straightforward.
