Allele Specific PCR Primer Design - (Feb/19/2007 )

Hi all,

I'm currently genotyping a set of SNPs. I'm wondering of there are any computer tools for designing allele specific primers, since I don't think I can design all of them on my own. Can anyone recommend a good one?

I am not 100% sure, but I think you can do that with PrimerExpress or with the Probemaker tool, available free from the Rudbeck Institute.
