endosome markers for mouse T cells - (Feb/14/2007 )

Dear all,

I'm looking for endosome markers for mouse T cells. I've tried anti-Rab5 from BD pharmingen, and anti-Rab4 from Santa Cruz, neither works. So could someone recommend some good mouse endosome markers for T cells?

Thanks in advance! Have a good day!

it depends what stage of endosome you want to look at. LAMP-1/2 work for late endosomes. You might want to try Rab 7, EEA1, as well

Thanks tlblase! I want to look at early endosomes. I've tried EEA1 Ab from BD, but it does not recognize mouse EEA1. So I can try Rab7. Could you recommend some good anti-Rab7 for mouse T cells? Thanks a lot!!!

Unfortunately, I cannot but if you search Pubmed for Lee-Ann H Allen, she does a lot of work with endosomes/phagosomes you should find one of her papers with mouse and Rab 7 if i remember correctly
