PCR efficiency - (Jan/29/2007 )

Hi all,

I just wonder what is the acceptable range of PCR efficiency? From my knowledge, 90-100% is acceptable. <90%, inhibitor maybe present, >100%, primer dimer occur. Is that correct? And from which paper we can get a information on that?
