Trypsin - PCR amplification (Jun/05/2002 )

Hi...
I am trying to amplify the trypsin gen of white shrimp according to Klein et al (1998)...however I have not what they report (one band of 1200 bp)...I've been trying to do exactly what this authors report...but my results are completly different...what can I do???
