siRNA protocol in floating cells - (Jan/16/2007 )

Hi. I am now trying to do knock-down using floating 293F cells, and transfection reagent is RNAiMAX from Invitrogen. I always used this with adherent cells, but no protocol for floating cells are shown on handbooks. Does anyone know about that? Thanks in advance.
