3X flag peptide precipitate out - (Dec/13/2006 )

hi,
I dissolved 3Xflag peptide to a concentration of 5 mg/ml as the bullet suggested a week ago. I just stored at 4 degree ( the bullet said -20 ). But today I found the solution is frozen, after thawing, it's cloudy and has some precipitate. Has it went bad? Why precipitate?

what is the solution you resuspend your flag in?
it may just be bacause your sample is too concentrated and at cold temp it precipitates like BSA. try heat an aliquot to see what happens.
finally ask your company to complain and politely ask for replacement.
