making radioactive DNA probesusing PCR - (Sep/19/2001 )

Using small amounts of a radioactive dNTP will result in 100% incorporation.

Does anyone have experience making radioactive DNA probes using PCR and radioactive dNTP? If so, how efficient is the incorporation of 32P?
