beginners guide to stable RNAi transfection - (Dec/08/2006 )

hi all,

does anyone have a proper idiots guide to how i can stably transfect RNAi into my cells... imagine this is needed for someone who has never done transfection, owns no competant cells etc etc

any help is much appreciated!
