how to dissolve polyinosinic acid (poly I) ? - (Nov/21/2006 )

We have purschased polyinosinic acid (poly I) from Sigma however we could not dossolve it in water. It sucks water and turns into a rigid structure. Does anyone have any experience in dissolving poly I ? ( Note: poly cytosinic acid (poly ©) can be dissolved in water easily)

Try disolving it in water at 37 degrees. We did that and we managed to dilute it that way.

we got this polyI:polyC from sigma and it dissolved in water without much effort.

Try to make a less concentrated solution.

What kind of water did you use?
Is it DEPC treated or just sterile distilled water?
