Adenovirus Purification: CsCl solution sould be fresh? - Double CsCl Gradient (Nov/19/2006 )
Hi, all
It is my first time purificating adenovirus. I'm not sure if i can stock the solution of CsCl for a while, or should i make then fresh before each centrifugation?

If the container has been tightly sealed, yes, you can use it. The CsCl concentration is high enough to prevent any microbes to grow.
