Protein extraction from soya meal using membrane - (Nov/16/2006 )

Hi there..

i've just join this forum and i don't know how it works to help me in my research..
Could anyone please help me, give suggestion and recommendation on how to extract protein from soya meal using membrane..?
i really am lost.... it's quite tiring as i've done so much reference but yet only few i got...
please do help me...

What do you mean by "using a membrane"? Concentration and/or buffer exchange (desalting etc.) by ultrafiltration?
