crown gall / Agrobacterium tumefaciens 33970 - genetic transformation of some medicinal plant (Nov/14/2006 )

i am a new researcher of molecular biology field.
i have done genetic transformation of some medicinal plant with wild strain of Agrobacterium tumefaciens 33970.i have got the crown gall growth.
please suggest the molecular techniques for the charecterization of transformed tissue.
please write in detail .

if its wild type u have to see the type of Ti plasmid in it and plan accordingly

there is a book" Agrobacterium Protocols: Volume II (Methods in Molecular Biology)

they mentioned about something like this i remeber
