one Step RT with Sybr and standard curve - (Nov/01/2006 )

hi,

i would like to use iscript one-step RT-PCR kit with SYBR gree.

However, i used to make cDNA and do real time w/ standard curve method separately. In this one step RT SYBR, can i perform standard curve method? Am i suppose to use known Conc. of RNA for this ?
