In Vitro Translation --> EMSA - (Oct/30/2006 )

Has anyone done In Vitro Translation and then run the purified protein on a non-radioactive EMSA (Pierce chemiliuminescent). If so, did you still radiolabel the purified protein?

Thanks so much for any help you can give!

i don't think i have got your all exp.
You've done in vitro translation. So you need to check the purity of your protein prep/purification.
Hence you need to radio label it xith 35S Methionine.

Then if your procedure is ok, you need to do your EMSA with unradiolabeled protein and a radiolabeled probe.
