Biosafety Level of shRNA Lentiviral Transduction Particles - (Oct/28/2006 )

Has the use of shRNA lentiviral transduction particles a lower biosafety level than the usage of adenovirus or retrovirus infection of eukaryotic cells?

In terms of biosafety level, I would rate it the highest in all three, because it integrates to the chromosomal DNA and adeno does not; also, lenti infects more types of cell than retrovirus. (lenti should be classified as retrovirus as well.)
