Simple antigen-antibody binding method - (Oct/17/2006 )

I have more than 2000 bacteria clones i microtiter plates - Is there an easy way of checking if some of these are able to bind to a particular antibody? Can I transfer them to another set of microtiter plates, mix them with antibody and look for agglutination? I think ELISA will be a too big setup.. Or..?
Any suggestions are very welcome :-)
Thanks!

I don't think ELISA would be too big of a setup at all. Or you could try a dot blot, but that is a lot of samples to dot!
