methylated dNTP and PCR - (Dec/03/2001 )
Does anyone know what PCR polymerase works with methylated dNTP? I have methylated dCTP along with other non- methylated dATP, dGTP and dTTP in my PCR reactions. I found regular Taq polymerase does not work. Is there any suggestion?Thanks.
