the standard gel is 7% but you can run a gradient or find a different concentration if it is not right for your purpose.

What kind of buffer I need and condition of sample buffer ?

for the sample just add a little bromphenol blue for tracking dye and a little sucrose or glycerol to weigh down your sample when loading.

the 10x electrode buffer is diluted and used as running buffer. the gel runs at pH 9.3 or 9.5. the buffer is prepared without adjusting pH.

I run bovine IgG in 5% Native gel with sample buffer pH 6.8 and 8.3 . I got All smear band in the top of gel. Some boday Have any Idea to do better condition
