Medium for adherent cells and serum/protein free - (Sep/27/2006 )

Hello !!!

Thank you everyone who helped me with HeLa cells... They are now growing... finally ! biggrin.gif

I have now another question... I need to buy a medium free of serum, but Im lost in the medium world...

Could you suggest a medium for HeLa, SiHa and C33 (or any of these) that is serum free and that works in adherent cultures ???????

THANK YOU SSSSSSSOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH ! wink.gif

"medium free of serum" means medium without the addition of FCS.
Therefore, you can use the medium that you grow HeLa and simply do not add FCS to the medium.

Hope this may help.
