Bacteria protein extraction - (Sep/27/2006 )

Hi,
Again is me.
I am trying to get of protein profile of bacteria. I am using sonication method to break the cell and run by SDS-PAGE.
At the same time I am wandering if there is any LPS in my protein?
Is there any ways that I can make sure no LPS or get rid of LPS in my protein before i run on SDS-PAGE?
