I want make agarose electrophorsis genom DNA yeast. what I should do?

could you clarify what exactly do you want to do?
Do you want to see whole chromosomes (pulse field gel electrophoresis)
or
Do you want to see digested genomic DNA (which is just normal gel with cut genomic DNA)
What do you wish to do with the gel once you have run your genomic DNA.
